  • We do not offer unconditional full refunds. 
  • We can issue a refund for the unused portion of your subscription
  • Changing or upgrading your plan requires contacting Customer Support for refund processing and repurchase.

 


 

1. Refund Eligibility 

 

SellerSprite does not provide unconditional full refunds. However, we can convert the unused portion of your subscription time into a refund amount based on your plan and billing details. 

 


 

2. How to Request a Refund or Change a Plan 

 

2.1 Requesting a Refund 

 

To request a refund, please contact our Customer Support team via in-app chat or by email. We typically respond within 1–2 business days. 

 

 

Please include your registered email address, order number (or payment record), and the reason for your request. 

 

2.2 Information Review 

 

To protect your account and ensure security, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity before processing the refund. 

 

2.3 Changing or Upgrading a Plan

 

If you want to change or upgrade your plan, including switching from a monthly plan to an annual plan, or upgrading between annual plans, please contact Customer Support. Our team will calculate and process any eligible refund for the unused portion of your current plan, then guide you to repurchase a new plan that better fits your needs.

 


 

3. Refund Process 

 

  • Once we receive your complete refund request, we will review it within 1–2 business days
  • If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds usually appear in your account within 3–5 business days

 


 

4. Refund Calculation Rules 

 

4.1 Subscription Plans (Monthly / Annual) 

 

For subscription-based plans, refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription time, according to your plan duration and billing details. 

 

Refunds = Purchase Price − (Purchase Price ÷ Total Plan Duration) × Used Days 

 

The total plan duration is calculated in days based on your selected monthly or annual plan. 

 

4.2 One-Time Purchase: Design Patent (Usage-Based) 

 

For Design Patent purchased as a fixed number of uses, the refund amount is calculated as follows. 

 

Refunds = Purchase Price − (Purchase Price ÷ Total Uses) × Remaining Uses 

 

Example: Purchase Price $100, Total Uses 50, Remaining Uses 20. Refund Amount = 100 − (100 ÷ 50) × 20 = $60. 

 


 

5. Non-Refundable and Special Cases 

 

The following purchases are not eligible for refunds, except where required by law. 

 

  • One-time promotional or discounted packages clearly marked as non-refundable
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, misuse, or abuse of the platform. 

 


 

6. Additional Notes 

 

  • Refund and upgrade requests are handled in accordance with this policy and applicable laws. 
  • SellerSprite reserves the right to interpret and enforce this policy in accordance with applicable regulations.
