Why system do not show the sale volume of listing? we can only see N/A, but they show the sale of variation

Regarding the issue where the sales volume is displayed as "N/A" for the main listing while variation sales are visible: This typically occurs when there is no historical sales data available for the specific ASIN. Possible reasons include: the ASIN being newly listed, historically low sales that fall outside our system’s collection range, unique circumstances such as merged variations, or the absence of a long-term category ranking. Additionally, for certain electronic categories, Amazon does not provide a main category ranking, making it impossible for our system to estimate sales.

@ 王力 :Did you change the Stock Status within the latest update? As attached, it only gives the data for the Buy Box seller only. Whereas it used to show other sellers with their quantities of stock before?

SellerSprite Extension FAQ: Setup, Data, Troubleshooting

1. Price display abnormally

1) Set the language as the language the marketplace use.

2) Set the email/address to the email/address of the marketplace.

3) If the two ways do not work, please clear the cache, and right-click the blank area in the page, choose 【SellerSprite】-【clear cache】, and refresh the page.

3. The Web APP display abnormally

1) Your version of the browser is old, please download the late version.

2) More than one similar extension is working. Please stop other extensions or use the SellerSprite in another browser.

4. Product Quick View shows ****
