Way too expensive, it's the same as Helium10 (Platinum ($99) $65/month). But Helium10 is very well known in the industry. I have a discount code for SellerSprite, and yet it's still the same price as Helium10? I'm sorry, but I don't know you, I can hardly find any information about you. I constantly find things that don't work. There are too many points against you and everything else is just empty promises that I can't verify in such a short time and therefore can't trust. It's also very, very difficult to contact you, if not impossible. No, an AI bot doesn't count as a positive, and that's a very important point and doesn't work at all. Contact only by phone, just to delete my account? That's not acceptable. The least I should be able to do is delete my account without having to beg for it. All of this shows that, unfortunately, you are not very trustworthy. A really bad process, and I have no confidence in SellerSprite, precisely because of such poor processes.

Hello. I have a free membership on the SellerSprite application. I used to be able to see the sellers, their stock statuses, and FBA-FBM information when querying the current stock situation. However, even though there are 10 sellers now, it only displays information for a single seller. How can I fix this issue? The relevant image is attached.
